Built By Birdies is a boutique junior golf mentorship and college recruiting service designed to best position junior golfers and their families for a coveted college roster spot.

Founded by Ramiz Jamal—a former UC Irvine team captain who brings extensive high-level corporate negotiation and analytical experience to the table—the program bridges the gap between raw athletic talent and the strategic ""business"" side of recruitment.

Rather than relying on the hope of being discovered, Built By Birdies removes the guesswork from the process. The program equips families with a clear, professional blueprint through:

  • Strategic Scheduling: Crafting custom tournament schedules to maximize exposure in front of the right college scouts.
  • Proactive Outreach: Managing high-stakes communication, professional resumes, and recruitment analytics with college coaches.
