Mark Springett, owner of Mind Matters Sports, provides online one-on-one mental training sessions to athletes across the U.S. and internationally.
He has helped athletes for over 15 years to elevate their performance using mental game tools and techniques that includes, but is not limited to, working on your pre-performance routine, being present, confidence, staying calm and loose, staying positive, body language, understanding the journey of self-improvement, managing expectations, recovering strongly after a temporary setback, overcoming mental blocks, exploring your motivation, energizing, setting goals, using visualization, reflecting and video analysis. He is also driven to helping you thrive as a student-athlete and develop invaluable life skills.
